.  There's a program called WinEdit distributed by Wilson WindowWare. I
found it on CompuServe in the Windows applications forum (GO WINAPA, #15).
I assume it's the same as the one you're referring to. I haven't played
with it much, so I can't say anything about it. Anyway, good luck.
