Lines: 28 I know that it is maybe not the most appropriate newsgroup , but dvips is referenced in the FAQs . There was an interesting paper about Mathematica available from Berkeley . It is available in DVI format . I used xtex to read it under X11R4 on my Sun3 . I wanted to print it , but I have only a PostScript printer . I used dvips to transform the DVI file into a PostScript one .` Nothing appeared on my printer , so I checked the file , both by looking at it, and by using the PostScript previewers xps and ghostscript . Obviously , dvips is not generating what I expect . I used the version from a.cs.uiuc.edu (ftp'ed a week ago) . I rebuilt it and it was the same . I would be happy either to receive any clues about my problem , or to receive information about another translator . Have a nice day ! Thank you and best regards ! _____ | | | | | | Roland Piquepaille ------- Cray Research Europe @ @ Phone: (33) (1) 69-28-37-04 ( ) Email: rpe@sequoia.cray.com \___/
