Lines: 28 All, Many thanks to those of you who responded to my question about using dbxtool with xview. Since I also received many requests to forward the information I received I am posting the results here. The basic problem, was that dbxtool and xview would lock up if a breakpoint was set inside a callback. The solutions to this that I received were: 1) run dbxtool with the -Wfsdb flag or the -fullscreen flag (they are equivalent). 2) Remote display the application so that it runs on a nearby server while the debugger runs locally. Thanks Again to all who responded. --Deano deano@raistlin.udev.cdc.com --------------------------------------------------------------------------- "We die a little bit ourselves every time we kill in others something that deserved to live."
