Subject: Problem with xdvi patch 11

I am having trouble with the latest patch to xdvi.  Compilation
and use is fine at patch level 10.  However, after installing
patch 11 the compilation is fine but when the program is
invoked with a dvi file it just hangs.  No window is ever opened.
If it is invoked with no arguments it prints the usage message
and exits as it should.

The environment is SunOS 4.1.1 with X11R4.  I get the same behavior
with a Sun3 and with a SparcStation1+.
