Hello Xperts.

I'm trying to compile InterViews 3.0 with g++ 1.37... and can not
makedepend the following:

iostream.h
fstream.h
strstream.h
sysent.h

Are we missing files in our g++ includes files, or does g++ do
something that isn't standard.  Help!
