Dear all,

	I am a first time NNTP compiler, and I have some questio:

#1) I would like to know if I need to install client/server if I
would like to just read news from a remote news server?
#2) Since I am not in root account, I would like to know if NNTP
will still work under my account, or does it have to be setup by
root?
#3) Does anyone know how the active file works and what it is?
