Is there an easy way to use nntp (and xrn) to set up a local
news group? We don't want a news feed from the outside world and
we don't have a real inews. We just want to use xrn and nntp to 
set up a local bulletin board.

Please post responses, it is doubtful that our mail is set up correctly.
