I ordered Encounter at Farpoint (the first 2-hours of TNG) because I hadn't
seen them and the 1-800 operator INSISTED that this 1st tape was only
$4.95 and there was NO postage & handling.  They billed me for a lot more
than that on my credit card, but agreed to reverse it when I complained.

They explicitly said it was a billing error, not an error on the part of the
1-800 operator who made the claim in the first place, so probably loads
of people are being overcharged.  If you order, be sure you aren't one of them.
