What I need is a good recipe to make venison hot sausage.  If anyone
knows of a recipe using deer meat or pork and/or beef, I would greatly
appreciate the information.  Every recipe book, wild game or otherwise,
does not have a recipe.  the closest I've came is for regular sausage.
