Nancy's Rice and Artichokes

1 pkg chicken Rice-a-roni rice mix

Cook as per directions and let cool.

2 jars marinated artichoke hearts

1 bunch chopped scallions

1/3 cup mayonaise

Mix all ingredients together (including juice from canned artichokes),
chill, and serve.
