I don't have the actual recipe right now, but they're called "Drop biscuits." To make sausage gravy, just fry up some crumbled sausage Add a couple tablespoons flour, stir it into the sausage, and then stir in milk (while still on the stove - use a low heat setting) until you get the consistency you want. These aren't very specific directions, but it's real simple once you try it.
