I would like to serve this at a party someday. I called the restaurant and they were going to charge me $57 for a whole pie!! They simply multiplied their dessert price by 16 and added tax rather than charge a "whole-pie" price. I decided to try to make this myself instead. But I haven't a clue where to start. Does anyone have a recipe for this or suggestions where to start or even possible variations? A neighbor told me that homemade 'Bailey's' was not too hard to make so I'm hoping the pie isn't either. Maybe a white chocolate mousse type dessert with the Bailey's for flavoring??? Thanks in advance, Sandy Vavrinek
