A friend of mine used to make it for me a long time ago. I don't remember the name, but it consisted of spaghetti like noodles and a somewhat spicy dark red sauce. It was served cold, and you could adjust the spiciness of it when making the red sauce. They had a very large jar of the sauce made and it was always around. I keep thinking the name of it was Kim-chee or something to that effect, but I am not sure. I would appreciate any help I could get on this. Carla Minard
