  I will appreciate very much if someone out there
would present a history of the introduction of Islam
in Malaysia and Indonesia. 

  As I understand these countries had a huge 
influence of Hinduism on their culture.

  How does the development of Pentjak Silat relate
to the spread of Islam in Malay/Indonesian cultures?

  How did Islam come to the islands known as 
the Philippines nowadays?
