A file containing all patterns in Prosite in a format suitable for the
protein analysis program SCRUTINEER by Peter Sibbald is available from the
EMBL file server.
Just send the command GET PROSITE:PROSITEDATA.SCRUTINEER in a normal mail
message to NETSERV@EMBL-HEIDELBERG.DE or NETSERV@EMBL.BITNET.
