The latest version of IRCII can be ftped from rvw2.hhs.ri.cmu.edu
(128.2.104.65).  It is v2.05E.    BTW, there is an IRCII mailing list
which I will gladly put anyone on who wishes it.  Just send me mail
(ms5n+@andrew.cmu.edu) and it will be done.
