Dear all,

I have recently been hearing of the CNRI Gigabit Testbed Initiative in
various places, but have never seen a publication devoted to the subject
entirely.  Does such a publication exist?  Is there any other source of
information on the subject?

Any leads would be gratefully accepted.  I will summarise and repost anything
of interest.
