Is there anyone who has any insight into how to get WinQVT running with PC-NFS installed?

I have a Western Digital EtherCard Plus (I think that it has a WD8003E) on it.  I get "net initialization" errors when I try to run WinQVT.  I have load the PKTINT.COM TSR program prior to entering Win 3.0.  Is there some trick or are the two programs not compatible?  I still want to be able to print to network printers and attach network drives using PC-NFS.  (of course this has to be done before running Win 3.0.)

Any help will be appreciated.
