I've heard that the new USR HST's and Dual Standards are upgradable to
19.2 channels.  1)  Can anyone confirm this.  2)  Has anyone even heard of
these 19.2 channels because the people at USR continuially deny this new
standard even exists whereas I've heard that the 19.2's have been in beta
testing for about 4 months.
