Any one can highlight how to attach an AX Microcom modem to Cisco TS
with the ability to call in+out?

* How are CTS/DTR/CD pins connected between modem and TS to get:
1) Refuse calling out if modem is in use (or powered off) and
2) Cisco knows when CD drops and clear the line.

* Protect calls out to authorized users but allow anyone to call in.
