It allows you to receive/send data from your Portable PC or facsimile machine for much less that a normal voice call. Right now however, they are testing it until April 15th and up until then you can use the service free of charge, no sign-up fee, etc. The only thing is I don't know how I can hook up my portable to my Motorola car-phone!
