I want to order the cheapest simplest pair-of-wires imaginable. Could anybody inform me of the precise name of such a service, and maybe even the order code for it? I've heard that I want to ask for a "telegraph circuit." The Pac Bell reps in that department act more like city clerks than sales folk; very uncooperative. Alternately, does anybody know about doing upstream links on cable?
