I'm having problems with the tiff manipulation package from
Berkeley (as you can tell from the subject line). currently
I'm scanning in images on the Mac and trying to covert them the 
eps using tiff2ps. All I get is
 Not a TIFF file, bad magic number 11 (0xb).

I've tried it with and without PackBits compression and nothing works.
heck some of the demo images don't even work!

Could someone help me, these images are to be put into my thesis!!!
