I have a number of images that I need to clean up for use in image analysis and GIS work using custom software I've written. I don't want to spend the time to write an image editor since there are undoubtedly many out there. I have editors that will import/export many different file formats but none that will do a dimension-less bitmap. I want some- thing that allows me to import such images by merely specify- ing the lines and samples in the file. Thanks in advance!
