Could anyone please direct me to a source or application that would
give me the following functionality:
     
     1. view a Sun color rasterfile (could view in bw)
     2. crop/breakup this rasterfile into many smaller elements
     3. name the cropped/divided elements
     4. have this semi productive and interactive
 
I would appreciate any comments and or help in this matter.
