Regarding the paper:
   Ahuja, S. R., J. R. Ensor, and S. E. Lucco:  "A Comparison of
   Application sharing mechanisms in Real-Time Desktop Conferencing
   Systems."

A number of people asked me to tell them of any information I find out, so here it is.

Several people replied telling me the correct name of the conference where this paper was given. It is 'The Conference on Office Information Systems', held on April 25-27, 1990 in Cambridge, Massachusetts, USA. The proceedings were published by the ACM in the SIGOIS Bulletin, Vol. 11, Issues 2, 3. The ISBN is 0-89791-358-2.

One person replied: "The paper you want is on pages 238 - 248. I'd recommend reading other papers in the proceedings, it's a very good book."
