I have an urgent need to obtain the latest version of psroff.  I have
just finished compiling version 1.8, but unfortunately it seems to be
unable to handle A4 paper properly.  This program (or something similar)
is needed to print out some troff-prepared course notes.

Any assistance would be most appreciated!  BTW, I do have ftp access.
