There are many net readers that keep asking for a PS -> HPGL conversion
program.  In a nutshell the answer is NO and there never will.

The problem is that PostScript has more power in it that HPGL will never have.
What does one do about the fonts, about the way that curves are drawn, etc?
It is a project that I don't think that someone is willing to tackle, when
the best thing to do is get a PostScript printer.
