(I tried comp.sources.wanted but without success. Maybe you prolog
hackers will know ??? :-)

In the BYTE Magazine, (Oct & Nov 1990) MIKE, a Knowledge Engineering
Toolkit written in prolog by Marc Eisenstadt and Mike Brayshaw is
described. 

Does anyone know where I can find it? (Preferably an archive site on
the net or straight e-mail to me.)
