Hi.  I am attempting to install CSCHEME on a VAX 8800 running VMS version
5.3-1.  I have ported and dearchived the files exe-vax-tar.Z and
core.tar.Z, and I have looked especially at the file in the documetation
directory called install.vms.  This file refers specifically to several 
files which do not seem to exist in the distribution which I have.
This includes the build files for VMS as opposed to UNIX.  Are those files 
available in another distribution, or could you tell me where I could find
files necessary to install CSCHEME 7.0 on a VMS VAX, or could yousend me the
necessry build files.  I do have GNU C, and I have used it succesfully on
the file psbtobin.c, as well as several other files in the microcode
directory, although I cannot seem to figure out which files need to be
linked together to create a working system.
