I can't be alone in finding MHL extremely unaesthetic.  Given that it will,
willy-nilly, truncate and fold lines at `width', is there any reason that
the folding is not done at the last white space before width?

An the answer be merely that no-one hath coded it, 'tis done.  There were
various comments about strangenesses though, so I seek enlightenment before
offering changes.
