Subject: Anyone aware of mailing problems with SCICOM systems?

I am having difficulty getting mail from a user at scicom.alphacdc.com.
They get my mail in a matter of seconds but it usually takes days for the
response to get back to my system. It wasn't always like this and I'm trying
to figure out if a link is down or something.

Can anyone suggest an alternate mailing route from Scicom.alphacdc.com to
Mthvax.cs.miami.edu? Any/all help would be greatly appreciated.
