(why is this in MULTI-MEDIA.........telex is as mono-media as they get...)
Several mail services offer Telex gateways.
Unfortunately, telex costs money, and most insist on having you pay them,
which means that you need a subscription.

I have no idea where you are based, but UUNET, GEIS and AT&T should be logical
candidates to ask first (I assume that you are in the US, since you did not say
anything about your country :-)
