Does anyone have the TOOLS'90 conference proceedings or any of the SCOOP
proceedings?

I wish to borrow for a short time (1-2 weeks) for research purposes ( inter-
library loan takes ridiculously long ).  Am willing to reimburse postage
costs!!!!
