IBM says:
 - 32-bit PM on 32-bit OS/2 will ship before a 32-bit Windows
 - OS/2 v.2.0 - this year - will support 16-bit, 32-bit OS/2, DOS, Windows apps
                     does this mean IBM has written its own BCL?? --^^^
