I am trying to build PP under HP/UX on an HP9000/360.  I have hit on a snag
in Src/submit/submit_que.c

It seems that PP uses the BSD  flock() call for locking a queue.  HP/UX
doesn't provide flock().

Has anyone patched PP to use the more universal fcntl() call for locking?

I would appreciate it if anyone can save me the effort of figuring out how
to do it.
