   I open a tcp socket using Racal's socket library and later do a read
on that socket.  I expect the read to block indefinitely, but after a few
minutes, the read returns leaving errno == ECONNRESET.  The other end of the
socket is not being manipulated -- that program is awaiting user input.  Is
this poor behavior or am I missing somthing?  Has anyone else experienced this?
