I've down loaded the Packet Drivers from clarkson, and have been attempting to install them. It looks as if the packet drivers are ok, as I've also installed the PC-NFS driver on the system and it works just fine. However, I am unable to get the tools such as 'ping' to work at all. They keep complaining about an unknown IP address. I've customized the netdev.sys as best I am able to no avail. So, my question is how do I tell netdev.sys of the existance of the packet driver ?? It apparently wishes to be informed of all sorts of information that is hardware specific as if it would circumvent the driver. The documentation is of course useless (as some other file suggested, but I had to try...). Thanks in advance, Richard A. Sitze -- +-------------------------- | Richard A.
