Does anyone know of any books or papers relating to how to 
use Imake  ( the X11 enhancement to the Unix Make tool)?  I
already have "An Imake tutorial" by Mark Moraes, but that is a
bit too terse. If anyone knows of a more extensive description
of this tool, I would appreciate hearing about it. Thanks.
