	Hello C Wizards and/or Embedded C SQL Buffs,

		I've just finished coding up an Ingres 4gl previous/next
	routine ....not bad work.. but....just plain inefficient.. and folks
	from the Ingres field keep telling me ---"Nah, that's not the way 
	to do it...you need to set up cursors in embedded C." 
	....Ok, Ok...so I'll set up 'cursors' ...
	...the only problem is I don't know nothin' about no stinkin'
	cursors! (at least not so anyone would notice!) can someone point
	me in the right direction -- for instance, a chunk of code that
	uses cursors for this purpose?
