Obviously you blinked. Besides, I'm pretty sure we cleared up that nasty gamma radiation bug, where the skreeling wombat horde went superluminal in pursuit of you, in the release version. At least I hope we did. Have you noticed yourself tanning excessively? >> You must be referring to the first level, thare are 6,788,445,456.56 >> diffrent ways to get killed on the second and third levels >> (seperately), then it REALLY gets hairy! ^^^^^^^^^^consider yourself felling splamed. Not really a problem once you attach your Cray Z/MP microdot computer equipped joystick, as noted earlier. Just to give you a feel for the richness of this game, the number of coded-in ways to die is an exact integer function as follows: Num_Way_Die := Ackerman(Level,ceiling(Seconds_on_Level)); (Even with the Cray Z/MP dot, we had to find a closed form, non-recursive expression for Ackerman's function to keep acceptable screen refresh rates.) That doesn't, of course, count variations caused by player stupidity or panic. The latter function has always been expressed by a sideways script digit eight, and is usually pronounced "unbounded above". By the way, did you like my slick graphics scroll-cut frescos around the exit from level 5? They are worth detailed study, which you can easily do in the 0.5 milliseconds you will have to spare before the entire level goes critical and removes your consensual reality, if you play an optimum strategy on level 5. (The gamma radiation in _this_ case is a feature, not a bug.) I'm especially proud of the cuneiform Kama Sutra, illustrated, on the lintel. As they say in the brochure, only Amiga makes it possible.
