You would kind of need an MMU and all for real UNIX, would you not? Helios, for example, looks like UNIX, but since the T800 has no memory protection, its not real UNIX. You can protect tasks from one another by locating them on separate Transputers, but that's a bit of overkill. I don't think my number of tasks should ever be limited by the number of processors in my system.
