   I've downloaded the Oktaplayer.lzh and Oktasongs.lzh files from ab20 and
un-arced them with no problems.  I've read somewhere that this program works
only in PAL, so I ran the MakePal program before attempting to run Oktaplayer.
It seems to run fine, but whenever I load and play a song, I get a lot of
hissing noise and warbling sounds instead of anything that sounds remotely
musical.  Does anyone have it working?
