He is going to wait untill someone cracks it. Even if the copy-protection is there to slow down piracy, it still is not going to work, because the pirate will wait a week or 2. Then he calls up his local pirate BBS and downloads that programs and saves 40 bucks! And EVEN GETS IT WITH OUT THE PROTECTION AND HD-INSTALLABLE.
