Go left from where you find the door and do a running jump at the end.  You
won't see what you're jumping to, but there will be a platform there.  Do
a couple more standing jump and the third platform opens the door.  Now you
will have to run FAST back to the door before it closes.  Don't forget to hang
on during your jump to the door.  I died a few times trying this part.
