Well, it says that grounding your PALs help in general whenever you add anything to your A1000. However to really solve your problem you need to run additional power and ground lines (as described in the manual) to the board. This is should reduce or eliminate the problem. (Grounding PALs will help, to be sure, but it's not the major problem). Now my own question: Is there a CMOS version of the 6526 or 8520 ??
