I do not know of a list of mail order places but I have had pretty good luck
with Computability.  They have the lowest prices that I have found when
ordering things.  They ship quickly and take Visa and Master Card as well as
personal checks and money orders.  They have a toll free number
1-800-558-0003.  The return policy is not great.  If you have a problem with 
your merchandise that is no problem but if you change your mind or just dont
like it too bad, you bought it.
