Definitely not, I still use my old Gemini 10X with AW 3.0 (I would suggest that you use AW instead APW to refer to AppleWorks - many of us programmers relate APW with the Apple Programmers' Workshop). In fact, there are several printing enhancements, such as the ability to define 6 custom codes that you can use for whatever you want. For example, I use on of them to turn on the French character set for printing my friend's French essays that she sometimes does on my computer. Mike Hackett
