This is probably the Practical Peripherals ("we're Hayes in disguise") 9600
whic retails for $500 or so.  You might be able to find it mail order for
about $400-$450.  And if you are willing to run a BBS, the cost is $340!

It is V.32/V.42/V.42bis compliant
