If the questions I am asking are part of "frequently asked questions" will a kind soul direct me to an appropriate site for the answers? Problem: I am in the process of collecting software for Apple II's. (For the kindergarten and other elementary grades for the school my son attends). I have an IBM PC and I can FTP. Q1: Can I download files on my IBM PC, write it out to an Apple II disk (on my PC) and then execute the file on an Apple II? What are the programs I need to have on the Apple II? ( to decipher the programs off the net I mean?) In the IBM PC world, we use PKUNZIP, ZOO, PKUNPAK and so on. I hear something about BINASCII (something like that) (I do not have access to an Apple II; atleast for file downloading and so on) Q2: Can someone send me a list of sites (with FTP) containing Apple II programs for elementary schools? Please e-mail your responses to the address BELOW. I have just moved. Thanks a lot. I will summarize and post if there is interest. kchittur@cs.uah.edu (Internet) Krishnan Chittur Dept of Chem.
